We know you can’t bring everything with you, so the ’MyOpal – Fully Loaded’ resident programme has made a special arrangement with Click2Campus to provide all your practical kitchen and bedroom essentials, which can be delivered to your hall when you arrive.

Your bedroom is fully furnished, but you will need to provide your own bedding, towels and clothes-hangers. 

In the well equipped kitchen, there will be a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle – but you will also need to provide your own individual crockery, cutlery, saucepans, frying pans and cooking utensils.

With this arrangement, before you even arrive at your Opal accommodation you can purchase your essential items through a company called Click2Campus.  Shop safely and securely where they provide a full range of ‘essentials’ packs, with everything you might need in your new home.

For instance, the ‘All-Essentials Pack’ (AEP) contains everything needed in your new student home,  including:

Bedding: Duvet, pillow, duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase
Towels: 3 sizes
Crockery: Plates, bowl, mug etc.
Cutlery: Knives, forks, chopsticks, etc.
Glasses: A selection
Cookery items: Frying pan, saucepans, baking trays etc.
Utensils: A wide range of meal preparation and serving utensils
Miscellaneous: Coat Hangers, drying-up cloth

Where we can, the pack will be pre-delivered to your hall or even directly into your study-room, so it is there ready when you arrive, leaving you to quickly settle into your new and exciting home at Opal.
