Advance rent payment:
• An advance rent payment of £250 is required to secure your room.
Tenancy:
• You can choose from two periods of tenancy; either 42 weeks or 51 weeks.
• Tenancies begin on the 6th September 2008.
• 42 week contract ends on the 27th June 2009.
• 51 week contract ends on the 29th August 2009.
Rent:
• Your rent is inclusive of utilities (electric and water.)
• Free contents insurance up to £3000.

• Option 1 - Four instalments payable by direct debit (As outlined below.)
• Option 2 - One instalment payable on the 1st August 2008 with 4% discount.
