Payment in lieu of rent – Credit or Debit Card or Cheque if fully supported with guarantee card (All Visa and MasterCard credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge)

The contract is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for 42 weeks from - 06/09/08 – 27/06/09
Extra Charges:
Bounced Cheques – a charge of £40 will be incurred
Late Rental Payment – charges of £40 and then £50 will be incurred for any late payment of rent. Please note if the first rent payment is not made on time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
YOU CAN ONLY PAY IN INSTALMENTS IF YOU PROVIDE A “UK BASED SATISFACTORY GUARANTOR”. ALL OVERSEAS APPLICANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL ANNUAL AMOUNT. IF YOU PAY ANNUALLY YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO A 4% DISCOUNT ON THE RENT.
ALL COMPLETED BOOKING CRITERIA IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT ANY APPLICATION
