Grosvenor House
Grosvenor House is on the doorstep of the main campus
of De Montfort University. Set in a prime location, the hall
is situated between the campus and the city centre, where
you will find many bars, shops and other entertainment
facilities all within a five minute walk.
Designed for the modern student in mind, Grosvenor House
accommodates 255 students arranged in 3-6 ensuite study
bedrooms.There are standard and deluxe bedrooms
available with shared kitchen facilities.
For more mature students, there are a limited number of
studio apartments available, please enquire directly to the
hall for more information.
