Rent is fully inclusive of all utility costs, FREE 10mb internet connection with IPTV to each room and FREE contents insurance.

- For 4% discount – rent is to be paid annually; advance rent upon booking, then outstanding balance on or before 1st June 2012
- For 2% discount – rent is to be paid annually; advance rent upon booking, then outstanding balance on or before 4th September 2012.
- For payment by instalments – Advance rent is due upon booking, then instalments are tailored to suit your student loan payment dates. You must have a satisfactory UK based guarantor if you wish to pay by instalments.
Important information for 1st Year Abertay University Students:
All 1st year Abertay students booking accommodation for 2012/2013, please ensure you have booked via the accommodation office at Abertay University prior to booking with Opal. To contact the accommodation office at Abertay please email accommo@abertay.ac.uk or visit their website www.abertay.ac.uk/studying/accommodation for further details.
Any bookings made by 1st Year Abertay students without booking first with the accommodation office at Abertay University will be rejected.

Important Information
• Upon booking you will be required to pay an Advance Rent Payment of two weeks rent – this amount is included in the prices quoted above.
• If you cancel within 7 working days of the initial booking and before 1 September 2012, the Advance Rent Payment will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations after the 7th Working day period will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the advanced rent payment. If you cancel after 1 September 2012 you will be liable for the full annual rent for the tenancy period. Your booking is also covered by the distance selling regulations.
• Rent can be paid by Credit / Debit Card mandate (please note payment by credit card will attract an additional charge of 1.5%)
• Please allow 4 working days for cleared funds to reach Opal
• The Instalment option is only available to students who can provide a UK based Guarantor who is approved by Opal. Students unable to provide an approved UK based Guarantor will be required to pay annually in advance.
