- The accommodation is provided in 5 to 7 bed apartments, so you can book with friends or look forward to making new ones!
- All bedrooms are en-suite, and share a kitchen and lounge area for self catering.
- Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the University of Abertay, University of Dundee, and the city centre. Dundee College is just a 15 minute bus journey away.
- 24 hour staff presence, secure fob entry and CCTV.

Important:
- Accommodation is subject to a 14 night minimum stay
- Please note, if you are under 18 you will only be accepted as part of an organised group
- All monies are due at time of booking. We do not accept cash / cheques… payments must be made by debit / credit cards.
- Credit card payments attract a 1.5% handling charge – this does not apply to debit cards.
- Any cancellations made will be subject to a £100 administration charge. If you cancel within 14 days of the commencement date you will lose 100% of the accommodation payment made.
- We will endeavour to meet your room preferences, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- The building is non smoking throughout, including bedrooms.
- Nothing in this booking constitutes a tenancy and you must vacate your accommodation on the leaving date.
- Once your booking is accepted we will contact you to confirm the room booked.
