Important Information
- Upon booking you will be required to pay an Advance Rent Payment of two weeks rent – this amount is included in the prices quoted above.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the initial booking and before 1 August 2011, the Advance Rent Payment will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations after the 14 day period will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the advanced rent payment. If you cancel after 1 August 2011 you will be liable for the full annual rent for the tenancy period. Your booking is also covered by the distance selling regulations.
- Rent can be paid by Credit / Debit Card mandate (please note payment by credit card will attract an additional charge of 1.5%)
- The Instalment option is only available to students who can provide a British Guarantor (excluding Northern Ireland) who is approved by Opal based on the criteria detailed in the booking pack. Students unable to provide an approved British Guarantor will be required to pay annually in advance.
