Opal Hall is a student accommodation development situated within easy walking distance of many of Manchester University's main campuses. It is situated in the centre of Manchester and is close to the busy and lively city centre with all its shops, bars and local amenities.
The management office is situated next to the hall, and is staffed by 24 hour security staff out of office hours. There are 15 student apartments within the complex. All have a communal lounge and kitchen with all apartments being provided with a television.
The bedrooms are all en-suite and all include ethernet connections, an internal telephone system, under bed storage and a work station. There is a on-site laundrette at the hall.
There are university wardens on site and the kitchen and lounges are cleaned by university staff on a weekly basis. There is limited parking available within the courtyard. Access is via a swipe card system with a suited key system for the apartment doors and bedrooms.
