Wilmslow Park offers fantastic accommodation to current or future Opal students over the summer period.

Summer accommodation 2012 is available 7th July 2012 - 1st September 2012

• The accommodation is provided in 3 to 5 bed apartments, so you can book with friends or look forward to making new ones!
• All bedrooms are en-suite, and share a kitchen and lounge area for self catering.
• Great common room with Sky TV.
• Excellent location close to Universities and City Centre with shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.
• 24 hour staff presence, secure fob entry and CCTV.

Important:

• Accommodation is subject to a 14 night minimum stay
  
• Please note, if you are under 18 you will only be accepted as part of an organised group
• All monies are due at time of booking.  We do not accept cash / cheques… payments must be made by debit / credit cards. 
  
• Credit card payments attract a 1.5% handling charge – this does not apply to debit cards.
• Any cancellations made will be subject to a £100 administration charge. If you cancel within 14 days of the commencement date you will lose 100% of the accommodation payment made.
  
• We will endeavour to meet your room preferences, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• The building is non smoking throughout, including bedrooms.
• Nothing in this booking constitutes a tenancy and you must vacate your accommodation on the leaving date.
• Once your booking is accepted we will contact you to confirm the room booked.
