Summer accommodation 2013 is available from 20th July 2013 to 31st August 2013

- All bedrooms are en-suite, and share a kitchen and lounge area for self catering.

- Accommodation is subject to a 7 night minimum stay
- Please note, if you are under 18 you will only be accepted as part of an organised group
- All monies are due at time of booking. We do not accept cash / cheques… payments must be made by debit / credit cards.
- Credit card payments attract a 1.5% handling charge – this does not apply to debit cards.
- Any cancellations made will be subject to a £100 administration charge. If you cancel within 14 days of the commencement date you will lose 100% of the accommodation payment made.
- We will endeavour to meet your room preferences, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- The building is non smoking throughout, including bedrooms.
- Nothing in this booking constitutes a tenancy and you must vacate your accommodation on the leaving date.
- Once your booking is accepted we will contact you to confirm the room booked.
